La Tazza Café, Vysoký Újezdec

The La Tazza café in Vysoký Újezdec is built on the contrast between raw microcement and soft green upholstery. We wanted a contemporary, urban-feeling café with its own atmosphere and a clear identity. The space is held by a long green upholstered banquette running along the wall and a concrete counter that is both the functional and the visual centre of the room. A wavy neon light is the playful, memorable element; it gives the café its character the moment you walk in. The materials are chosen to survive daily service and still look designed. Microcement, greenery and warm light together make a pleasant place for a coffee or a longer stay. The visualisation shows how the venue will finally look: understated, distinctive and cosy at once.
